Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 31, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using FlyVault's website or services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
2. About FlyVault
FlyVault ("we," "us," "our") is a flight concierge service that assists clients in finding and booking premium cabin airline tickets (Business Class and First Class) at negotiated rates. FlyVault acts exclusively as an intermediary and facilitator between the client and the airline or ticket consolidator.
FlyVault is not an airline, a licensed travel agency, a tour operator, or a direct ticket seller. We do not operate flights, issue tickets, or assume any obligations that pertain to the air carrier. The contract of carriage is exclusively between you and the issuing airline.
3. Scope of Service
Our service is limited to searching for, presenting, and facilitating the purchase of premium cabin airline tickets on your behalf. We source fares through a network of consolidators, partners, and fare agreements.
- FlyVault does not issue airline tickets directly.
- FlyVault does not guarantee the availability of any fare at any time.
- All tickets are issued by the relevant airline or an IATA-licensed consolidator/agent. FlyVault has no control over ticket issuance.
- Once your ticket has been issued, you are responsible for managing your own booking, including online check-in, seat selection, and any interactions with the airline. These actions must be performed directly on the airline's website or through their customer service channels.
- FlyVault does not provide travel insurance, visa assistance, or any ancillary travel service unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Quotes & Pricing
All prices communicated via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel are indicative only and subject to real-time availability. A fare is only confirmed once full payment has been received and the ticket has been successfully issued by the airline or consolidator.
- Quoted prices may change at any time without notice due to airline fare updates, currency fluctuations, tax changes, or availability shifts. FlyVault shall not be held liable for any price change occurring before final ticket issuance.
- The final price includes the ticket cost, applicable taxes and fees, and our service fee (if any). All components are disclosed before payment.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer or any other method communicated at the time of booking. Full payment must be received within the timeframe specified in the quote; failure to do so may result in fare expiration.
5. No Guarantee of Savings
While we strive to offer competitive fares below publicly available airline prices, we do not guarantee any specific discount, saving, or price advantage. Any reference to "up to 50% less" or similar claims on this website or in our communications refers to potential savings observed on select routes under specific conditions and is not a guaranteed outcome for any individual booking. Past savings do not indicate future results.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Clients)
Under the European Union's Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers purchasing services at a distance generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, pursuant to Article 16(l) of this Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation, transport of goods, car rental services, catering, or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Given that FlyVault's service involves facilitating airline ticket purchases with specific travel dates, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the ticket search and booking process has been initiated at the client's express request. By requesting a fare search and confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept this exclusion.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional withdrawal rights, and those rights cannot be contractually waived, those rights shall apply to the extent required by mandatory local law.
7. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
All tickets are issued by the airline or its consolidator. Therefore, cancellation, modification, and refund policies are determined exclusively by the airline's fare rules, not by FlyVault.
- We will assist you in processing any change or cancellation request as a courtesy, but we cannot guarantee approval, timeline, or refund from the airline or consolidator.
- FlyVault's own service fee is non-refundable once the ticket has been issued, regardless of whether you subsequently cancel, modify, or do not use the ticket.
- Any penalties, fees, fare differences, or charges imposed by the airline for changes, cancellations, or no-shows are entirely the client's responsibility.
- Refund processing times are determined by the airline and/or consolidator. FlyVault has no control over refund timelines and shall not be liable for delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyVault acts solely as an intermediary and expressly disclaims all liability for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, overbooking, or schedule changes imposed by the airline.
- Baggage loss or damage, denied boarding, downgrading, or any service deficiency by the airline.
- Loss of connecting flights, missed events, or any consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or indirect damages arising from airline operations or travel disruptions.
- Fare changes, unavailability, or pricing errors between the time of quote and booking.
- Acts of third parties, including but not limited to airlines, consolidators, airports, payment processors, or government authorities.
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, travel bans, sanctions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
In no event shall FlyVault's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of the service fee actually paid by the client to FlyVault for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. The client's contractual relationship for air transport is exclusively with the issuing airline under its conditions of carriage.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlyVault, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and its website developer/design agency from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) inaccurate information you provided; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
10. Client Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information (full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry, etc.). Any error in information provided is your responsibility.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, transit visa, health certificates, vaccination records, COVID or other health requirements) for your entire itinerary. FlyVault provides no advice on travel document requirements.
- Any costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you (name corrections, rebooking, denied boarding, deportation, etc.) are entirely your responsibility.
- You are responsible for checking in, arriving at the airport on time, and complying with all airline and airport requirements.
- You are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance for your trip. FlyVault does not provide or arrange travel insurance.
11. Minors & Underage Travelers
FlyVault's Service is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. If you are booking travel for a minor (under 18), you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or that you have obtained all necessary authorizations from the parent or legal guardian.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding unaccompanied minors, parental consent for travel, cross-border travel authorizations (such as notarized parental consent letters), and any airline-specific policies regarding minor travelers. FlyVault accepts no liability for denied boarding or travel disruption arising from insufficient authorization for minor travelers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyVault disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

All content on flyvault.co — including text, images, logos, design, and software — is the property of FlyVault or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlyVault regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
17. Amendments
FlyVault reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or via email where possible.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlyVault is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of FlyVault's registered jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the client's country of residence grant jurisdiction to the local courts.
